 Whatever your business is, you will need a top level domain name for your commercial website. You can register it before you create your relevant website so as it is not taken before you, and you can start building it later. Note that some people register domains with the purpose of reselling them. You may find the right domain name for your business in the domain aftermarket and get it at an affordable price if the other party is willing to sell it at that price.

Many domain registrars provide also hosting services and hosting service providers are also domain registrars.
