Analysis vs. advice New consultancy model In our offline business consultancy activities we have noted a change in customer behaviour. Many customers have no time to collect and analyze data on which to base a decision, still they do not ask for advice. In most cases, the consultant's job dos not cover the gathering of such data as are in the possession of the customer. What we do now is we receive the data relating to a specific topic, organise and analyze them and, if requested, compare them with publicly available information. The results of this work are summed up in an analysis outlining several options. The customer pays for the analysis and makes his own educated decision. Of course, we are available to help in further arrangements but it is another story. |
